Living with Dementia Survey
Are you living with dementia in the community (at home), or support someone living with dementia in the community? Participate in the Living with Dementia Survey now!

University of Canberra’s WellRes Unit and the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare are delivering the first national Living with Dementia Survey to help better understand the experiences of people living with dementia in our community.
There are two surveys:
1. The People Living with Dementia Survey can be completed by people with dementia who are living in the community (i.e. at home, not in a residential care facility) with the support of a care partner if needed.

2. The Living with Dementia Carer Survey has now closed.

Who is eligible to participate?
People with dementia living in the community (i.e. at home, not in a residential care facility). They may have a formal diagnosis or be going through the process of getting a diagnosis. They also may have tried to get a diagnosis in the past but for whatever reason do not have one at this time.
The survey can be completed in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Italian, Greek, and Arabic.
