2022/23 Regional Wellbeing Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Completion after 22 May 2023: Entry into the prize draw is determined by completion of the 2022/23 Regional Wellbeing Survey between May 23 and June 20, 2023. Everyone aged 18 or older who completes the survey online or returns a completed paper survey, will be eligible to enter the draw to win one of 7 prizes to the total prize pool value of $2500. Winners will have their choice of either (i) a Flight Centre, Coles-Myer, WISH, Bunnings, iTunes, Google Play Store or Amazon AU gift card, with winner to choose which gift card they prefer, OR (ii) to donate their winnings to a registered charity of their choice. Prizes are to the following value: First prize: $1000; second prize: $500; 5 runner-up prizes of $200. Entries for this prize draw open on 23 May 2023 and close at 11.59pm on 20 June 2023. All prizes will be drawn at 2pm on 30 June 2023 at the Health Research Institute, Building 23, University Drive South, Bruce, ACT, 2617. The winner will be notified in writing, by email or letter, within five working days of the prize draw and listed on www.regionalwellbeing.org.au. The minimum age of prize draw participants is 18 years. Survey promoter: University of Canberra.
